Crime
An experienced Crown Court Advocate, mainly for the Defence, but occasionally prosecutes in Trials for offences varying from theft, burglary, handling, robbery, violent crimes including junior for the defence in 2 murder cases before the Old Bailey. Her leaders were Jollyon Robertson and Sir Ivan Lawrence QC.
Prosecuted and defended at all levels including the Court of Appeal.
Family
A very experienced family Advocate in Care Proceedings, Contact, Fact-Finding, Domestic Violence, Injunction and Ancillary Relief.
However, with the demise of legal aid fees in private law family cases and the reduction in defence cases, it became necessary for her to become a direct access practitioner and completed her top-up course in August 2015.
Immigration
Experienced in most aspects of immigration law, such as Entry Clearance, Deportation, Asylum and Human Rights.
