Crime

  • An experienced Crown Court Advocate, mainly for the Defence, but occasionally prosecutes in Trials for offences varying from theft, burglary, handling, robbery, violent crimes including junior for the defence in 2 murder cases before the Old Bailey. Her leaders were Jollyon Robertson and Sir Ivan Lawrence QC.

  • Prosecuted and defended at all levels including the Court of Appeal.

Family

  • A very experienced family Advocate in Care Proceedings, Contact, Fact-Finding, Domestic Violence, Injunction and Ancillary Relief.

  • However, with the demise of legal aid fees in private law family cases and the reduction in defence cases, it became necessary for her to become a direct access practitioner and completed her top-up course in August 2015.

Immigration

  • Experienced in most aspects of immigration law, such as Entry Clearance, Deportation, Asylum and Human Rights.
